We are looking for a Business Analyst who will play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions within Eurowag Office, with a strong focus on customer and partner onboarding processes. You will be responsible for analysing end-to-end business flows, identifying friction points, and translating business requirements into clear, actionable inputs for product and technology teams. You will contribute directly to improving onboarding efficiency, compliance, and scalability across markets.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within complex or enterprise environments
  • Strong experience with business process modelling and documentation techniques
  • Proven ability to gather, structure, and communicate requirements across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools
  • Experience supporting process optimisation, digital transformation, or customer-facing flows
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Analyse and document current onboarding-related business processes, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimisation and automation
  • Gather, structure, and validate functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with commercial, operations, compliance, and technology stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of onboarding objectives, constraints, and success criteria
  • Support the design of target-state onboarding flows that balance customer experience, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to business cases and impact assessments for onboarding improvements and system changes
  • Support solution validation and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring delivered solutions meet defined business and onboarding requirements
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions focused on onboarding journeys, edge cases, and exception handling
  • Support and maintain clear documentation of processes, data flows, decision logic, and system interactions
