We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for the Driver’s Work Time Management domain. You will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of products supporting compliance with driver working time, tachograph regulations, and mobility legislation. You will own a portfolio of WTM solutions delivered across cloud (SaaS) and desktop platforms, ensuring regulatory correctness, operational usability, and scalable growth.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, mobility, or digital products
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products from ideation to launch and continuous discovery
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and product lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in product management too (JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Google Analytics, Jira Product Discovery, Smartlook)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and decision-making based on insights
  • Understanding of UX principles, customer journey mapping, and design thinking
  • Define and articulate the product vision and long-term strategy
  • Own and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term priorities and long-term innovation
  • Define key success metrics for individual products to ensure the profitability and success of the product is being measured and evaluated from the launch
  • Lead discovery efforts by conducting customer interviews, competitive analysis, and market research to inform product direction
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX/UI Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, to ensure successful product delivery
  • Drive go-to-market strategies, product launches, and ensure product readiness in coordination with commercial teams
  • Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to iterate and improve product offerings
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, communicating product updates, roadmap plans, and release timelines
  • Ensure alignment with compliance, legal, and data privacy requirements
