We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Bratislava!

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Knowledge:

• Experience with Automotive-SPICE
• Experience with ISO or similar auditing methodologies

• Ensure resource availability and allocation, and deliver every project on time within budget and scope
• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Manage V model traceability, ensuring that requirements are matched to testable outcomes
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
