We're looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join us in our office in Istanbul and effectively support us with all tasks related to customer care for local customers. What you will need for this role:
- Excellent communication skills
- Native Turkish speaker
- Fluent English
- High level of customer orientation
- Previous experience from a similar position is an advantage
- Daily communication with EUROWAG customers via phone and email
- Replenishment and registration of contracts, control of customer data
- Submitting applications in Navision for the registration of vehicles in toll systems
- Management of TMS (Ticket management system) – JIRA
- Document archiving
- Blocking of cards
- Administrative activities related to logistics (if necessary)
- Education and personnel development within his job title according to the instructions of the company management
