- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance or Economics, with the ability to understand and apply accounting principles effectively, basic orientation in related software (SAP).
- Min 3 years of experience in financial sphere (Accounting, Auditing, Controlling, Consolidations, FP&A, Reporting, etc.).
- Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion with excellence.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts into simple terms for various audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in other analytical tools (Power BI) being advantageous.
- Comfortable working in an international environment where English is the primary language of communication.
- End-to-end coverage of area you are accountable and responsible for, with opportunity to rotate in the future to other Finance Business areas.
- Monitor project spending against budget targets (OpEx & CapEx), proactively identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for project stakeholders, providing insightful analysis on project budget versus actuals. Act as the primary point of contact for finance-related inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Take active responsibility and accountability for Budgeting and Forecasting process within the business area, including close cooperation and communication with Executive Committee members.
- Execute month/year-end financial activities, collaborating closely with accounting teams to ensure accurate recording and allocation of project-related expenses in alignment with accounting standards and company´s targets.
