Join us as our Sustainability Reporting & CSR Manager and become the engine behind Eurowag’s sustainability ambition. In this role, you’ll own our ESG data, reporting, and carbon accounting, building the systems and insights that make our sustainability performance real, measurable, and trusted. You’ll also lead our vibrant CSR portfolio—from employee volunteering to charity partnerships, ensuring every programme is impactful and aligned with our values. Working across Operations, Energy, Finance, and beyond, you’ll turn data into action, strengthen our decarbonisation efforts, and help embed sustainability into the heart of the business.


You can join us in multiple locations: Prague/Bratislava or Warsaw.

• 3–6 years’ experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, carbon accounting, or a related field
• Strong experience in ESG data management, KPI tracking, and sustainability reporting
• Good understanding of carbon accounting principles (Scope 1, 2, 3; GHG Protocol)
• Experience with ESG disclosure frameworks (e.g. TCFD, CDP, ISSB, SBTior similar)would be desirable
• Proven ability to manage and deliver projects across multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working cross-functionally in a complex organisation
• Experience managing or supporting CSR / social impact programmes is desirable
• University degree (or equivalent) in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, economics or related field

ESG Data, Carbon & KPI Management

• Own ESG data collection, validation and management processes across the Group
• Lead Scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon accounting, including methodology development and continuous improvement
• Develop, calculate and track sustainability KPIs, ensuring consistency, accuracy and auditability
• Build and improve data systems, processes and controls to support repeatable and scalable reporting

Reporting & Disclosures

• Lead preparation and delivery of data for sustainability reporting (e.g. Annual Report, TCFD, CDP)
• Manage ESG ratings, investor questionnaires, and sustainability data requests
• Support development of reporting frameworks and ensure alignment with relevant standards (e.g.UK SRS,ISSB, TCFD)

Analysis & Decision Support

• Analyse sustainability data to generate insights on performance, risks and opportunities
• Support business decision-making by identifying emissions drivers and improvement areas

CSR Programme Leadership

• Lead development and delivery of Eurowag’s CSR programme, including: Employee philanthropy (Philanthropy & You), Volunteering programmes, Charity partnerships and donations, Employee Assistance Fund, disaster relief.
• Coordinate CSR budget and governance, ensuring effective allocation and oversight
• Develop and implement approaches to social impact measurement and reporting
• Ensure consistency and scalability of CSR initiatives across all Eurowag Group locations

Project Delivery

• Lead delivery of sustainability-related projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered to time, quality and impact expectations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal functions (e.g. Energy, Operations, Finance) to gather data and support implementation
• Ensure alignment of carbon methodologies with customer-facing decarbonisation activities (DaaS)

Internal Engagement & Advocacy

• Support internal engagement by translating ESG data and CSR activities into clear, relevant insights
• Contribute to internal communications and awareness of sustainability initiatives
