Provide support to EW clients in area of Tax refund and connected work with documents. Work as a team with
local sales representative (agile team) and cultivate valued and meaningful relationships with new and existing customers in target region in area of tax refund area.

• Very good communication skills• Experience in a similar position 1-2 years is an advantage
• English at minimum basic level
• Knowledge of working on a PC (MS office)

ASM support:
• Offer information concerning TAX refund services
• Feedback concerning new clients tax refund activation
• Deliver information concerning different clients’ refunds
• Answer to ASMs requests concerning Tax Refund service

Customers support:
• Preparation of needed documents for TAX refund
• Deliver to clients needed documents for TAX refund activation
• Assistance for preparation of TAX refund documentation
• Check documents delivered by clients
• Send feedback to customers concerning received documents
• Set up new clients in NAV for TAX refund
• Contacting the client after setting in NAV and explaining not clear matters with tax refund procedure (excise duty
and VAT refund);
• NI procedure – clarification, information about special bank account
• Assistance for Reamon website access -client section
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience to potential and existing customers
• Other administrative support - preparing contracts, declarations and all other necessary documents, research,
reporting and data collection
• Active cooperation within department and beyond
• Ensure delivery of assigned tasks in requested time, scope, quality and budget dimensions
• Be a role model for fulfilling our values and an active supporter of the company culture, in your team or in front
of the customer, whether internal or external
