We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Digital Marketing to lead the development and execution of our digital growth strategy across European markets in CRT industry.
This role is responsible for driving scalable customer acquisition through performance marketing, SEO, marketing automation, and conversion optimization. The position combines strategic leadership with strong analytical thinking and operational oversight, ensuring that digital marketing efforts directly contribute to acquisition pipeline growth, revenue targets, and overall business objectives.
The Head of Digital Marketing will lead the digital acquisition team and work closely with brand, product marketing, data, and local market teams to build integrated demand generation programs. The role will focus on building a predictable and scalable acquisition engine, optimizing the marketing funnel, and continuously improving digital performance across channels.
7+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership or strategic role
Experience working in B2B SaaS, fintech, mobility, or technology-driven environments.
Proven experience building and scaling digital acquisition strategies across multiple channels.
Strong expertise in paid media, digital analytics, and performance optimization.
Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
Experience managing or mentoring digital marketing specialists or teams.
Experience working in international or multi-market environments.
Define and lead the digital acquisition strategy aligned with company growth objectives across multiple markets.
Own the performance marketing ecosystem, including paid media, SEO, marketing automation, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
Lead and develop the digital acquisition team (PPC, SEO, content marketing specialists), ensuring clear priorities, performance accountability, and professional growth.
Plan and manage digital marketing budgets, allocating investments across channels to maximize ROI and pipeline impact.
Oversee planning and execution of multi-channel acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Develop and continuously improve full-funnel acquisition strategies, from awareness and demand generation to lead generation and conversion.
Establish strong performance measurement frameworks, including attribution models, campaign analytics, and clear reporting on marketing impact.
Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and local market teams to ensure campaigns reflect product priorities and local market needs.
Drive experimentation and optimization, including A/B testing, CRO initiatives, and new channel exploration.
Build a structured feedback loop between marketing, sales, and data teams to improve campaign quality and lead conversion.
Ensure alignment between digital acquisition efforts and the broader marketing strategy.
