We are looking for a Tech Lead to own the solution architecture and delivery of the Eurowag Office web platform, with a strong focus on customer onboarding journeys, including company creation, agreement signing, identity verification, and related integrations.

This is an architecture-first role. The primary responsibility is hands-on design of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across a micro-frontend and backend-for-frontend ecosystem. You are expected to make architectural decisions, define system boundaries, and drive their implementation across teams.

You will work closely with multiple product and engineering teams and, as part of the product trio (Product Manager, UX, Tech Lead), shape solutions from early discovery through to delivery, ensuring the technical direction is clear, consistent, and executed.

• Proven track record of designing and owning end-to-end solution architecture in production systems
• Strong experience in a Solution Architect, Tech Lead or Senior Engineer role on web platforms within distributed, multi-team environments
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) in production systems
• Proven experience operating workloads on Kubernetes (AKS or equivalent)
• Deep experience designing and implementing web architectures such as BFF, microservices, and micro frontends
• Solid understanding of API design, distributed systems, and system integrations
• Experience building and operating systems in cloud-native environments, preferably Azure
• Experience presenting and driving technical proposals in senior engineering forums such as Architecture Boards or guilds
• Ability to make and defend architectural decisions, including trade-offs, risks, and long-term impact
• Strong mentoring experience across engineers and QA, with a focus on design and quality
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across engineering, product, and UX

• Own and drive end-to-end solution architecture for team-owned domains, with a strong focus on customer onboarding, in close collaboration with other teams.
• Design and evolve Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers and supporting backend services for web applications.
• Define and align micro-frontend architecture, ensuring consistency, scalability, performance, and maintainability across teams.
• Make architectural decisions, define system boundaries, and ensure their consistent implementation.
• Partner with Product Managers and UX Designers to shape solutions, ensuring
  technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Present and defend architectural proposals at the Architecture Board, clearly articulating trade-offs, risks, and long-term impact.
• Ensure high standards of architecture, security, reliability, and performance across services, integrations, and data flows.
• Drive engineering practices such as observability, automated testing, and CI/CD to ensure quality and reliability.
• Act as a technical partner across teams, enabling smooth integrations, shared standards, and well-defined API contracts.
• Mentor engineers and testers in architecture, design decisions, and implementation quality.
• Foster ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within and across teams.
