We’re looking for a Senior IT Network Engineer to take full technical ownership of our global enterprise network. This senior, hands‑on role combines architecture, engineering, and long‑term strategy to shape a modern, scalable, and secure network across headquarters, core platforms, cloud environments, and newly acquired businesses.
You’ll lead the simplification and standardization of a diverse network landscape, define the architectural vision, drive modernization and integration initiatives, and ensure reliable, secure connectivity company‑wide. This is a role for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, unifying fragmented environments, and setting the technical direction.
You’ll partner closely with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, workplace, local IT, and external providers to build a network foundation that supports today’s operations and tomorrow’s growth.

- Proven experience in enterprise network engineering, including strong hands-on design and implementation capability
- Solid experience owning or shaping network architecture in a multi-site enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network security fundamentals
- Practical experience with enterprise network devices and technologies such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and remote access solutions
- Experience with hybrid network environments spanning on-premises infrastructure and public cloud connectivity
- Ability to define technical standards and target-state architecture while remaining pragmatic and delivery-focused
- Experience troubleshooting complex network issues and performing root cause analysis
Bonus Knowledge:
- Experience with network transformation, consolidation, or post-acquisition integration
- Experience in environments with decentralized legacy setups that require standardization and convergence
- Familiarity with network automation and scripting using tools such as Python, Ansible, or Terraform
- Experience with cloud networking in Azure/GCP/AWS
- Experience working with external service providers and vendor management
- Knowledge of modern enterprise networking concepts such as SD-WAN, segmentation, zero-trust principles, or SASE
- Relevant industry certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CCIE, PCNSE, NSE, or equivalent
- Own the enterprise network domain end-to-end, including architecture, standards, lifecycle management, and long-term technical roadmap
- Assess the current network landscape across the group and define a pragmatic target-state architecture aligned with business and platform needs
- Lead network standardization and convergence across the mother company and acquired entities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable network solutions across LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, internet edge, and cloud connectivity environments
- Drive simplification of network technologies, designs, operational practices, and vendor footprint where appropriate
- Act as the highest technical escalation point for complex network incidents, recurring issues, and structural problem resolution
- Identify technical debt, operational risks, and capacity constraints, and translate them into prioritized remediation or improvement plans
- Define and maintain network standards, documentation, topology diagrams, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and workplace teams to ensure the network supports broader platform and business requirements
- Support integration of newly acquired companies into the target enterprise network model in a controlled and pragmatic way
- Drive continuous improvement in network monitoring, resilience, security posture, automation, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate delivery with internal teams and external partners, including managed service providers, implementation partners, and technology vendors
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations that improve stability, security, scalability, and maintainability
