Qualifications: Economical, administrative or other connected field. Knowledge of Romanian/Hungarian/Romaian is a must.
  • Implement the goals and target tasks set for the SSC, support their achievement
  • Work in line with the effective process descriptions
  • Operate electronic documentation systems on a high level, collect and record data, administer contracts in Navision
  • Manage the electronic documentation systems in an accurate and up-to-date manner, prepare ad-hoc and periodic reports and forward these to line manager
  • Collect partners’ contractual and invoicing data (contract preparatory task)
  • Prepare subscription contract, keep records in t he contract registry, complete full-scale administration
  • Process installation worksheets based on business administration criteria • Apply relevant changes in service, vehicle, customer data in the subscription contract
  • Collect requests for change of service, report related info monthly (change in tariff)
  • Perform service restriction, termination, reactivation, continuously track the related deadline-bound tasks One-time and monthly invoicing
  • Complete all sorts of administrative, record-keeping tasks of the Business Administration Department Support the daily work of the Business Administration Manager
Requirements:
Professional:
  • Min. High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in administration/back office role
  • Familiarity with business processes, quick comprehension thereof, experience in administratively supporting business processes
  • Experience in the administration of business contracts
  • Digital literacy (ECDL, MS Office): adequately in-depth word-processing, spreadsheet and database management and PowerPoint skills
  • User-level experience with integrated enterprise resource planning systems (Navision is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with invoicing software is an advantage
  • B1 level English language skills
