As a Customer Care Specialist, you effectively support all tasks related to sales and customer care for Bulgarian, Serbian, and Macedonian clients. The employee should be familiar with:
a) the legislative acts in the field of trade with products of the company;
b) internal procedures and conditions of sales to customers and wholesalers, as well as the procedures for granting advertising materials;
c) computer systems for reporting the requests, orders and sales;

REQUIREMENTS FOR TAKING THE POSITION
- Education: A secondary school leaving qualification
- Experience on similar position at least 2 years
- Experience in the fuel card industry an advantage
- Fluent Bulgarian, good command of English
- Communicative
- Customer orientation
- Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, MS SharePoin - communication with EUROWAG customers
- checking bank statements, determining deposit payments and invoices
- replenishment and registration of contracts, control of customer data
- submitting applications in Navision for the registration of vehicles in toll systems
- TMS (Ticket management system) – JIRA – daily activities
- development of the product and services associated with it
- customer service on the telephone line
- e-mail communication
- Document archiving
- blocks cards
- administrative activities related to logistics (if necessary)
- performs other tasks assigned by their direct superiors
- gives incentives to improve the quality of services for clients
- immediately communicates information about possible impending problems
- participates in education and personnel development within his job title according to the instructions of the company management.
