• Proven experience as a Solution Architect
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong experience integrating enterprise applications and SaaS solutions in complex environments
• Hands-on experience with API-based integrations, event-driven architectures and integration platforms
• Knowledge of integration security principles, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, API gateways, secrets management and zero-trust concepts
• Experience working with identity providers, SSO and customer/employee identity management solutions
• Good understanding of cloud-native architectures in Azure and/or AWS
• Familiarity with security, compliance and regulatory frameworks

• Architect and design technology solutions aligned with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, resilience and compliance
• Lead the evaluation and integration of SaaS platforms into the EuroWAG application landscape
• Design secure integration patterns between SaaS, cloud-native and on-premises systems using APIs, event-driven architectures and middleware platforms
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architectures
• Ensure secure data flows across enterprise systems while maintaining compliance with GDPR and internal security policies
• Drive adoption of modern identity and access management capabilities, including SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML and machine-to-machine authentication
• Provide technical leadership during system implementations, migrations and digital transformation initiatives
