We’re looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to join our marketing team and help us bring more structure, ownership, and orchestration into customer communication at Eurowag.
This role sits at the center of multiple teams and initiatives. You’ll not only execute campaigns in Bloomreach but also act as a coordinator across stakeholders, helping us reduce chaos, improve targeting, and deliver a consistent customer experience especially as we scale Eurowag Office, our new digital platform.

We’re currently running many overlapping initiatives across teams, which creates inefficiencies and inconsistent customer experience. This role is key to bringing order into that system.
With the launch of Eurowag Office, CRM orchestration becomes even more critical - you’ll play a central role in shaping how we communicate with customers across channels and touchpoints.

- 3+ years of hands - on experience with Bloomreach (this is a must)
- Strong understanding of CRM, lifecycle marketing, and campaign orchestration
- Experience coordinating projects or stakeholders (you don’t have to be a formal PM, but you need to run things)
- Good technical understanding:
- working with data (segments, events, attributes)
- basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Ability to bring structure into messy environments and drive alignment
- Strong communication skills - you’ll work across multiple teams
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B communication
- Experience with mobile apps, in - app messaging, or digital platforms
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and omnichannel orchestration
- Managing and executing CRM campaigns across channels (email, push, in - app, etc.) using Bloomreach
- Coordinating campaign planning and alignment across teams (product, customer success, sales, etc.)
- Acting as a project manager for CRM initiatives - keeping things on track, aligned, and prioritized
- Designing and orchestrating customer journeys, especially within Eurowag Office
- Improving communication efficiency (reducing overlaps, aligning messaging, respecting frequency policies)
- Working closely with data and tech teams on segmentation, triggers, and integrations
- Ensuring campaigns are properly set up, tested, and evaluated
