We are looking for a CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT to join our team!

As Customer Care Assistant you will support Customer care Team and Sales team for Bulgarian clients.

This is an office-based position.

• Very good communication and organization skills
• Attention to detail and very good time management
• High level of customer orientation
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent Bulgarian, good command of English
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
• High school diploma

• Registering customer contracts and control customer data
• Documents archiving
• Ordering and blocking of cards and OBUs
• Administrative activities related to logistics
• E-mail communication with customers and internal teams
• JIRA ticketing system – daily activities
