We are looking for a CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST to join our Team!
As Customer Care Specialist will effectively support all tasks related to sales and customer care for Bulgarian clients.
This is an office-based position. · Very good communication and organization skills
· Attention to detail and very good time management
· Strong problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
· High level of customer orientation
· Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Experience as Customer Care Coordinator or similar customer support is a plus
· Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
· Knowledge of MS Office
· Fluent Bulgarian
· Very good command in English
· High school diploma
· Managing customer onboarding process – contract activation and customer data control
· Process ordering and blocking of cards and OBUs
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, e-mail and ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
· Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to higher levels when necessary
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
· Monitor and follow up on pending customer requests and issues
· Identify and report recurring customer issues to help improve service processes
· Stay informed about product updates, promotional offers, and company policies
· Provide accurate information about products and services
· Administrative activities related to logistics (if necessary)
· Assist in training junior customer service representatives
