We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead the migration strategy and execution for customers coming from acquired products and companies into the Eurowag Office platform. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth, timely, and high‑quality transition while maintaining customer satisfaction and protecting long‑term value.
The ideal candidate brings strong product leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and deep understanding of the telematics, hardware, and transportation ecosystem. Technical familiarity with telematics/FMS systems is highly preferred to fully grasp feature parity, product behaviors, and architectural constraints of acquired systems. - Define theend‑to‑endmigration roadmap for customers transitioning fromacquiredproducts into theEurowagOffice FMS ecosystem.
- Establish a scalable migration framework that balances customer needs, platform constraints, and business priorities.
- Lead product discovery for consolidation initiatives: assess existing product capabilities,identifygaps, anddeterminethe necessary enhancements to support incoming customers.
- Evaluate functional differences betweenacquiredsystems andEurowagOffice
- Work closely with engineering, solution architecture, and product domain teams to definefeasiblemigration paths.
- Make strategictrade‑offdecisions to ensuretimelymigrations while preserving user experience and operational continuity.
- Prioritize feature development needed for successful customer onboarding, balancingshort‑termmigration needs withlong‑termplatform strategy.
- Serve as the primary product leader for M\&A‑relatedmigrations, coordinating with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Integration Teams, and senior leadership.
- Engage with key customers to deeply understand their operational workflows, critical features, and pain points during transition.
- Communicate migration plans, risks, and progress clearly and proactively to all stakeholders.
- Advocate for customer needs by transforming insights into clear product requirements.
- Ensure the migration experience is smooth, predictable, andvalue‑driven.
- Evaluate andoptimizepost‑migrationretention and usage metrics.
- Understand the core functionalities ofacquiredtelematics/FMS products to accurately assess compatibility and required integrations.
- Partner with technical teams to define migration tooling, data mapping, and functional equivalency.
- Assesshardware‑to‑platforminteractions where necessary (e.g., telematics device data flows, firmware dependencies).
- Lead the planning and delivery of migration releases and cross-system integrations.
- Develop KPIs, success metrics, and dashboards tomonitorprogress, risks, and customer satisfaction throughout the transition.
- Identifyprocess bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements to accelerate future migrations.
- Mentor and guide product managers working on migration or consolidation workstreams.
- Foster a structured,data‑drivenproduct culture with a strong focus on customer impact.
- Act as a trusted partner to senior executives and contribute toM\&A integration strategy.
- 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership ordirector‑levelrole.
- Proventrack recordmanaging product consolidation, platform migrations, or M\&A integration.
- Strong analytical ability to perform feature parity analysis, cost/effort estimation, and variant risk assessment.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
- Proficiencyin product discovery methods, roadmap planning, and cross-team alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience intelematics,fleet management systems,hardware-based platforms, ortransportation/logisticstechnology.
- Technical aptitude for understanding system architectures, APIs, data flows, and hardware-device interactions.
- Background working with cloud-based SaaS platforms at scale.
- Familiarity with customer onboarding, change management, or enterprise migrations.
- Experience working inhigh‑growth, M\&A-heavy environments.
