As a Toll Domain Owner, you will be responsible for managing and developing a specific domain, acting as the main business representative for partners. You will monitor market trends, track domain performance and KPIs, and ensure smooth operations of the live service. Building and maintaining strong partner relationships is at the core of this role, while at the same time making sure your domain stays fully aligned with the company’s product vision, strategy, and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners and Toll Architects during the rollout of new countries, and play a key role in evaluating and prioritizing customer and stakeholder requests to safeguard company interests and drive long-term value.

Bonus Knowledge:
  • Experience in tolling, mobility, financial services, insurance, telecommunications, or another partner-driven industry
  • Knowledge of the European tolling market and EETS ecosystem is an advantage

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Contribute to domain strategy and provide domain expertise and business insights to support product strategy and roadmap decisions. Lead the concept creation for new products and define domain-specific requirements.
  • Domain Management: Take ownership of the domains within your competency (e.g., bank guarantees, liability insurance, partner performance) and ensure they are aligned with business processes and goals.
  • Partner and Market Intelligence: Monitor regulatory developments, partner performance, and market trends within the domain. Assess their potential impact on the business and proactively identify opportunities, improvements, and initiatives to support domain growth and long-term value creation.
  • Architecture Consultation: Provide business requirements and domain expertise to Solution Architects and support architecture decisions impacting the domain.
  • Implementation Planning: Together with the Product manager, build and maintain the implementation timeline, defining testable, usable, and lovable product versions. Ensure product increments are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Partner Management: Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for key partners, managing partner performance and contracts (e.g., bank guarantees, liability insurance). Own the purchase order process for your domains.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate on the domain's Go-to-Market (G2M) strategy, aligning with business needs.
  • Training & Support: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for internal stakeholders, ensuring that teams are equipped to use and manage the products effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Gather customer and stakeholder feedback, understand business needs, and represent the interests of the domain in product discussions and decision-making.
  • Backlog & Roadmap Management: Provide domain priorities, business requirements and stakeholder input into the product backlog.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs), driving improvements based on data insights.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product owners, Product Managers, Solution Architects, and technology teams to ensure smooth execution of product strategies and timely delivery.
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and manage Risks, Impediments, Dependencies, and Assumptions (RIDAs), ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Budget & P&L Ownership: Support budget planning and monitor financial performance of the assigned domain
