As our new Toll Domain Product Owner, you'll be the driving force behind partner relationships across Europe, helping us strengthen collaboration, improve performance, and identify new growth opportunities. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, use data to influence decision-making, and play a key role in shaping how we work with our partners in some of our most strategic markets.
Bonus Knowledge:
- Experience in Partner Management, Stakeholder Management, or Key Account Management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with performance data and KPIs
- Comfortable operating in an international environment and managing multiple markets
- Experience collaborating with product teams and translating business needs into requirements
- Product management experience
Bonus Knowledge:
- Experience in tolling, mobility, financial services, insurance, telecommunications, or another partner-driven industry
- Knowledge of the European tolling market and EETS ecosystem is an advantage
- Polish language
- Domain Ownership: Own the assigned business domains and countries, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving value through strong partner and stakeholder relationships.
- Partner & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, building and maintaining effective relationships, monitoring partner performance, and ensuring successful collaboration across markets.
- Market & Business Insights: Monitor developments within assigned countries, including market trends, partner landscape, and regulatory changes. Assess their impact on the business and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Performance & Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and operational data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvements across the domain.
- Customer & Business Focus: Gather feedback from partners and stakeholders, understand business needs, and represent the domain's interests in cross-functional discussions and decision-making.
- Product & Business Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and other stakeholders to provide business requirements, domain expertise, and market insights that support product and business priorities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and operational teams to ensure business needs are understood and reflected in product and process improvements.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Support internal stakeholders by sharing domain knowledge and providing guidance on partner-related processes and business requirements.
- Budget & Financial Oversight: Support budget planning and monitor the financial performance of the assigned domain, ensuring business objectives are met.
