The Marketing Communication Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end execution and coordination of marketing communication activities across offline and online channels. The role focuses on the implementation of marketing campaigns, content development, and the localization of centrally developed marketing initiatives to support business growth and brand consistency across local markets.
In addition, the role coordinates localization activities through a small translation and proofreading team, ensuring the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of localized content in close cooperation with Country Field Marketing Managers.
The Marketing Communication Specialist collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support campaign execution, manages marketing events and vendors, contributes to internal communication platforms, and supports the administration of the marketing communications budget.

The Marketing Communication Specialist collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support campaign execution, manages marketing events and vendors, contributes to internal communication platforms, and supports the administration of the marketing communications budget.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field.
- Excellent command of English and Czech or Slovak (English is the company language; key stakeholders are Czech- and Slovak-speaking).
- Passion for marketing and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Experience working in a small team across a variety of marketing projects is an advantage.
- Experience across both offline and online marketing channels is an advantage.
- Familiarity with content marketing, campaign planning, execution, analytics, and evaluation.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage local projects effectively.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated offline and online marketing campaigns.
- Ensure the implementation and localization of centrally developed marketing campaigns and communication initiatives.
- Adapt communication materials to local market requirements.
- Ensure all marketing communications comply with corporate identity and brand guidelines.
Content coordination
- Coordinate graphic design and copywriting activities with internal and external resources.
- Oversee the development and production of point-of-sale (POS) materials, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- Support the creation and adaptation of content for print, digital, social media, landing pages, and other communication channels.
Localization
- Coordinate localization activities through a small translation and proofreading team, ensuring the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of localized content in close cooperation with local Field Marketing Managers.
- Support the centralization and continuous improvement of localization processes.
- Ensure consistency and quality of content across internal communication platforms, including the Intranet, Confluence, and Marketing Portal.
Event & Trade show management
- Plan and manage industry events, trade shows, webinars, and client-facing activities.
- Oversee event delivery from concept and briefing through execution and evaluation.
- Select and manage suppliers for event production, merchandise, and promotional materials.
Stakeholder collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with teams across Marketing (Digital, Communications, Segment, and Product) and Accounting to ensure the effective execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
- Support local sales and petrol station marketing activities, including branding, campaigns, and media support.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Budget & Vendor management
- Manage relationships with creative and media agencies, printers, and other external vendors.
- Coordinate the selection and administration of advertising item suppliers.
- Oversee and administer the marketing communications budget, ensuring cost control and value delivery.
