We're looking for an energetic and commercially driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Prague-based team focused on the Italian market.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing partners and customers while actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You'll work within the indirect sales channel, building relationships with strategic partners, resellers, distributors & OEMs.

This is a telesales-focused position, allowing you to build strong business relationships and close deals from our Prague office; no travel is required.

  • Fluent Italian language skills (native level preferred)
  • Professional English communication skills
  • A passion for sales, customer communication, and closing deals
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing partners and customers across the Italian market
  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with channel partners, resellers, distributors, and OEMs
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales activities
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and partner development initiatives
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer and partner experience
  • Maintain accurate records and sales pipeline updates in CRM systems
