We are looking for Customer Care Coordinator who will effectively deal with all customer care related tasks for local customers using Eurowag Group’s telematics solition availabe in the Hungarian market.
Optional
- Secondary school with graduation
- Native in Hungarian, communicative knowledge of English
- Experience in customer care and/or telematics related business is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel)
- Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Very good communication skills with solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent client-centric approach
Optional
- Experience with CRM and ticketing systems
- Handle customer inquiries related to telematics via telephone and email
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer needs and complaints fulfilling SLA requirements and increasing customer satisfaction
- Verify and update customer and service-related data in the different systems
- Use TMS (JIRA) for daily ticket management
- Manage administrative tasks as needed
- Report potential issues proactively
- Follow internal procedures for complaint investigation
- Being in active touch with colleagues from other local or HQ departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes
- Active interaction with local sales colleagues together all necessary information for issue/task management
- Supporting customers affected by product integration procedures
- Participate in trainings and development activities as directed
- Contribution to ideas to improve service quality and internal processes
- Perform tasks assigned by direct superiors
- Carry out work aligned with qualifications and company instructions
