We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Office Coordinator to become the heart of our office operations in Bratislava. In this role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace, provide administrative support, and create a welcoming and efficient environment for employees, visitors, and stakeholders.

  • Previous experience in an office coordination, office administration, receptionist
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-service mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English
  • Provide administrative support at the reception, including handling incoming and outgoing mail documentation
  • Maintain records of contracts and related documentation
  • Assist employees with business travel arrangements, including insurance and guidance on the Travel Policy
  • Support the organization and execution of company events
  • Manage orders for office supplies and refreshments
  • Welcome guests, reserve parking spaces, and book meeting rooms
  • Offer general support to employees within the office environment
  • Coordinate notary services, postal tasks, and visits to legal offices as needed
  • Assist with high-profile office visits (e.g., Executive Committee, Board members, Investors)
  • Maintain daily communication with the cleaning company
  • Support the Office Manager and, in their absence, liaise with the landlord and building owner
