The Operations Technician is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of installation and service activities. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that field technicians and installers have all the necessary equipment, materials, and technical support required to perform their work efficiently.
This position combines operational coordination, technical support, system monitoring, equipment testing, and administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth execution of installation and service operations while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

- Previous experience in technical operations, service delivery, installation, maintenance, technical support, or a similar role.
- Technical education or relevant hands-on technical experience.
- Ability to diagnose, analyze, and effectively resolve technical issues.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic administrative skills and experience with reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative or operational systems.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work in the field occasionally and travel for business when required.
- Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused approach to work.
- Prepare materials, equipment, and tools for installation and service activities.
- Support the planning and scheduling of the daily work of service technicians and installers.
- Ensure the efficient use of available resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate service and installation activities with internal departments and customers.
- Support the planning of new projects and installations in line with sales activities and business needs.
- Collect and communicate important field feedback to the relevant internal stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and investigate technical issues, implementing appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
- Monitor and support the work of service technicians and installers to ensure quality standards and compliance with company procedures.
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting assistance to field teams.
- Monitor and review system performance remotely, including new installations, upgrades, servicing, and testing.
- Inspect, test, and evaluate removed or replaced equipment to determine its functionality and condition.
- Enter and maintain data in the company's administrative systems.
- Occasionally work in the field, supporting installation, maintenance, and service activities.
- Comply with company procedures, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager.
