The Installation Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the daily activities of service technicians and installers. This role ensures the efficient allocation of resources, the smooth execution of installation and service projects, and effective communication between customers, field teams, and internal departments.
The position combines operational coordination, team leadership, technical support, and administrative management. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high service standards, supporting the company's growth, and driving continuous improvement within the department.

  • Previous experience in service coordination, installation management, field operations, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Technical understanding of installation, maintenance, or service processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and departments.
  • Strong administrative skills and experience with reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software systems.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business, both domestically and internationally.
  • Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach to work.
  • Plan and coordinate the daily activities of service technicians and installers.
  • Ensure the efficient use of available resources, including personnel, materials, equipment, and company vehicles.
  • Coordinate the activities of the Service and Installation Department with other internal departments and customers.
  • Plan new projects and installations in line with sales activities and business needs.
  • Collect and communicate important field feedback to the relevant internal departments.
  • Supervise, support, and continuously monitor the work of service technicians and installers.
  • Manage and allocate company vehicles within the administrative system.
  • Provide remote technical and operational support to installers.
  • Assist installers and independently perform installation and service activities when required.
  • Monitor system performance remotely, including new installations, upgrades, servicing, and testing.
  • Manage installers' schedules, workload, and availability.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the installation team, including organizing business travel, maintaining timesheets, tracking equipment, and managing related documentation.
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites, both domestically and internationally.
  • Act in a manner that promotes and protects the company's reputation, values, and integrity.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the department and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's overall operations.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager.
