As Customer Success Representative you effectively support all tasks related to sales and customer care for Romanian clients. · Experience as Customer Care Coordinator / Customer Success Representative or similar customer support
· Fluent Romanian, good command of English
· Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, MS SharePoint
· Manage all customer onboarding process until customer is activated
· Other administrative support - preparing contracts, cards ordering all other necessary documents, reporting and data collection
· Tolls - registration, communication with toll providers, solving issues
· Dealing with internal systems including CRM, Navision etc
· Manage Jira tickets for all work orders, being in active touch with colleagues from other departments to resolve operational issues
· Other systems and SW applications, which might apply
· Answering customer and partner inquiries directly where possible
· Interacting with HQ CC staff on resolution of incidents/questions
· Supporting customer specific reports
