We're looking for an HR Generalist, located in Barcelona (ES) or Porto (PT) to join our team and support the day-to-day delivery of HR across the business in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for managers and employees, helping to ensure HR processes run smoothly while providing practical support across a wide range of HR activities. You'll play an important role in delivering a great employee experience, maintaining accurate HR data, and supporting key HR initiatives and business objectives.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role

  • Daily operations in HR regarding all HR processes mainly: onboarding and exiting employees, executing organizational changes and workforce plans, implementing reward and performance management activities, implementing talent management and career development activities, daily operations of business teams including compliance, follow legal changes monitoring and implementation etc.
  • Participating in meetings with people managers and teams in assigned function/department, ensuring EW culture and processes are clear and followed
  • Providing training and workshops for people managers and employees as per agreement and scope specified by the HR Manager
  • Ensure all HR documents, personal files, HR systems and HR administrative task are kept/executed/updated in line with legislation and EW standards with 100% accuracy and perfection.
  • Responsible for all HR administration in the given country.
  • Participation in implementation of all EW HR standards, processes and projects as specified by HR COEs and HR Manager, mainly:
    • Ensure all documents, templates and used methodologies are aligned with EW standards and valid labour legislation, ensuring regular updates as needed
    • Provide advice to managers and employees on valid labour legislation, ensure EW rules to be in place including expected EW values (respectful behaviour etc.)
    • Ensure proper onboarding of new employees to create the right employee experience form the very start
    • Participates in training and advice to managers and employees regarding EW HR processes (like performance management, talent management, Engagement survey etc.) together with HR manager or in an agreed scope
    • Participates in implementation of new HR processes and project sin a given teams/region
    • Keep improving HR processes, trying to find improvements and implement them in cooperation with HR Manager
    • Ensure proper exiting of employees including following EW values (showing respect etc.)
    • Keeps in mind EW values and support culture in the business that enables following them
    • Keeps confidentiality about all personal matters and employee data
    • Manages recruitment in the assigned Region, cooperates with Talent team on updating and following all the processes and best practices in this area
    • Support payroll team and ensures payroll activities as requested and specified by the Reward team
    • Provide support and advice on handling personal and employee complaints including Compliance agenda
    • Ensure all standards required by internal audit
    • Provide regular and adhoc reports for assigned Region in line with the Company needs
    • Support improvement of internal climate and atmosphere in the assigned Region
