We're looking for a Group Property & Asset Management Manager who brings the drive to take ownership, simplify complexity and create workplaces that support our colleagues, customers and business ambitions.
You'll help shape the future of our offices, facilities and physical assets across Europe, ensuring they are efficient, sustainable and ready for what's next.
· Asset Management: Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the value and performance of the company's portfolio. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of assets to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, or divestment. Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term asset management plans aligned with business objectives and financial goals.
· Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of commercial properties within the portfolio. Conduct regular property inspections, address maintenance issues, and manage vendor relationships to uphold property standards including ESG standards.
· Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for facility operations, property management, and capital projects. Monitor expenses, track financial performance, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and reduce operating expenses. Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.
· Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing facility management, property management, health, safety, and environmental requirements. Implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks, maintain regulatory compliance, and safeguard company assets. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address compliance issues and potential liabilities.
· Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of facility managers, property managers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance and capabilities. Promote a positive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. · Proven experience in facility management, property management, asset management, or related roles, with a track record of success in managing diverse portfolios.
· Knowledge of facility management, property management, and asset management principles, practices, and technologies.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and project management.
· Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to facility management, property management, and asset management.
· Ability to use English language fluently
