Eurowag has grown largely by acquisition, which left fragmented processes, duplicated ways of working, and gaps that quietly cost efficiency and customer experience. This role works to close them: mapping how the company actually operates, improving it process by process, and helping run the continuous improvement practice that keeps it getting better after each fix.

Day to day, the job runs on coordination and persistence, bringing process owners across functions onto a shared agenda, agreeing how performance is measured, and working closely with risk, compliance, and internal audit, who rely on the process catalog this role keeps current to hold Eurowag's ISO certification. It suits someone analytical who is at their best with people, and who gets satisfaction from seeing an improvement actually land rather than just recommending it. Process mapping, design, and documentation
  • Map and document current-state business processes across functions, and maintain the process catalog as the single reference used by process owners, risk, and internal audit.
  • Design target-state processes that improve efficiency, reduce process-related cost, and improve the customer experience.
  • Keep process documentation current as the business, its systems, and its acquired entities change.
Continuous improvement
  • Establish and run the company-wide continuous improvement practice, setting the cadence, standards, and tools for reviewing and improving processes.
  • Work directly with process owners to identify improvement opportunities, agree changes, and hold follow-through to completion.
  • Conduct periodic operational reviews to assess process performance, identify gaps, explain root causes, and agree corrective plans with the owners accountable for them.
  • Identify digitization and automation opportunities and specify them for delivery.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of process improvement and optimization opportunities, and continuously scout the business for new areas worth pursuing.
Compliance and audit coordination
  • Provide the risk and internal audit teams with the documented process catalog requiredfor ISO certification and recertification, and keep it aligned as processes change.
  • Coordinate with risk, compliance, and internal audit on process documentation, controls, and supporting evidence.
Measurement and reporting
  • Define the key performance indicators for key processes and agree how they are measured and reported.
  • Assess process maturity across the company to produce a management overview and a prioritized improvement plan.
  • Report on process reviews, improvement progress, and outstanding actions
Required
  • Five+years in business analysis, process management, operations, ora related area.
  • Proven ability to move cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority, and to hold process owners to follow-through.
  • Hands-on process mapping and process design experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with fluent English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Desired
  • Experienceestablishingor running a continuous improvement practice (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
  • Exposure to ISO certification, process controls, or internal audit.
  • Familiarity with OKR and KPI frameworks.
  • Experienceidentifyingand specifying automation opportunities (RPA, OCR, or AI-enabled).
