As an Inside Sales Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing Inside Sales team, driving commercial results, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
You will play a key role in setting team priorities, monitoring performance, coaching team members, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and results. You will work closely with other teams across the Commercial Division and wider business to ensure our sales activities support the company's overall strategy.

- Previous experience in sales and customer communication is essential.

- Lead and manage the Inside Sales team, ensuring strong performance and high-quality results.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team and monitor progress against agreed KPIs.
- Regularly review team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track key operational and sales metrics such as call volumes, waiting times, call abandonment, and other relevant KPIs.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Conduct regular team meetings and ensure effective follow-up on performance, priorities, and action plans.
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members, helping them build on their strengths and improve their skills.
- Provide regular feedback and address performance issues quickly and constructively.
- Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Ensure that team members have clear responsibilities, measurable objectives, and the support needed to achieve them.
- Take over or support customer calls when necessary, particularly in escalated or complex situations.
- Communicate with customers via telephone and email when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, procedures, and ways of working.
- Work with CRM, ticketing, and reporting tools, including JIRA and Daktela, to monitor activities and team performance.
- Ensure accurate contract registration, document checking, and archiving.
- Monitor and address operational issues and communicate important topics to management.
- Ensure the team follows company policies, procedures, workflows, and applicable legislation.
- Cooperate closely with other departments across the Commercial Division and the wider organization.
- Lead and inspire a team of high-performing sales professionals.
- Create a culture focused on customer satisfaction, accountability, collaboration, and getting things done.
- Make sure everyone in the team understands their role, objectives, and contribution to the wider business.
- Regularly review individual and team performance and take appropriate action where improvement is needed.
- Coach team members and support their professional development and career growth.
- Share best practices and encourage knowledge sharing within the team.
- Identify development and training needs and support continuous upskilling.
