Because our organization is experiencing exciting growth, we are seeking to add a New Client Acquisition Associate to our team. The New Client Acquisition Associate generates interest and screens potential clients for our financial advisors. The ideal candidate is an energetic and driven relationship builder with a passion for sales. This position offers a base salary plus variable compensation based on appointments set. This role can be performed remotely from any location in the United States.

Hours

Mostly 10:00 to 7:00pm Central /8:00 to 5:00 pm Pacific with flexibility to work 1 Saturday shift a month. (The shift options are 9AM -12 PM or 12 PM – 3PM; this shift is eligible for pay differential.)

The salary target for this role is $80,000- $90,000; this position is also eligible for a bonus.

We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions


Initiate the Advisor Opportunity Sales Pipeline

  • Produce sales results by developing and qualifying leads

  • Screen prospective clients and set appointments for financial advisors

  • Create a high volume of outbound dials and email activity

  • Travel to national new client lunch and dinner seminars

Communicate company value proposition

  • Partner with Marketing to communicate company brand and messaging

  • Understands current marketing channels and event campaigns

  • Enthusiastically communicates the company’s service offering (planning, investment, tax, trust services, etc.) and purpose, mission, and values

Utilize Salesforce customer relationship management

  • Use Salesforce high velocity sales applications to prioritize work queues

  • Accurately and efficiently record data entry of interactions with prospects

  • Input new client Opportunities for advisors, ensuring proper data and reporting

  • Utilize advisor rotation software to ensure accurate prospect assignment

Build and maintain financial industry knowledge

  • Comply with the securities industry rules and regulations

  • Maintain awareness of current market trends and education

  • Expand financial industry knowledge and experience

Education/Qualifications

  • BS in Business, Finance, Economics or related - preferred

  • 2+ years financial services with outbound sales experience; proven track record of producing consistent sales results and exceeding goals

  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) not required but may be beneficial

  • Salesforce experience is a plus

  • Ability to work as a team member; positive solution-focused attitude

  • Strong phone presence and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to process complex operational work

  • Travel up to 10%
