The salary target for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.

We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions

The Client Service Associate (CSA) – M&A role is a corporate resource assisting newly acquired Advisor Teams transition their existing client accounts/business. The key function of the CSA will be to support the repapering process and integration efforts to ensure an effective, efficient and client friendly experience. Key functions will include accurate completion of client paperwork and account set up, timely research/follow up on any issues with clients, vendors/Broker Dealers, WEG corporate teams (Suitability, Operations) and collaboration with Advisor Team leads. This position may also may include some travel.

Client Onboarding

  • Support Advisor Teams with completion of client paperwork and account set up to support efficient transfer of existing client accounts. Includes but not limited to required WEAS advisory paperwork, custodial paperwork, BD paperwork (when applicable).

  • Review and establish complete and accurate account records in Salesforce (CRM) for transitioning accounts

  • Timely follow up for client documents

  • Submission of all completed and signed documents to suitability for review and approval

  • Coordinate requests with Advisor Team, ATO and all corporate teams.

  • Receive and process all mailed client paperwork

Documentation and Reporting

  • Accurate tracking and reporting of account transition, including regular communication to Advisor Teams

  • Document all core processes

  • Master Salesforce reporting

Industry / Product / Company Knowledge

  • Demonstrates knowledge and can accurately execute against WEG’s Suitability Guidelines and operational processes.

  • Understand financial terminology and products

  • Working proficiency with annuities mutual funds, separately managed accounts, fixed incomes, stocks, options, alternative investments, hedge funds, charitable giving practices

  • Attend Client Services and company educational events

  • May attend vendor presentations

Team and Corporate Support

  • Assists Advisor Team Operations to streamline processes with a focus on frictionless service to our clients

  • Support operational projects to support enhancements and changes

  • Communicates process and sales updated to team

Travel Requirement: 25%

Education | Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree preferred

  • 0 - 3 years of Financial Services experience

  • Customer Service training, knowledge, or experience

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Understanding of wealth management processes; brokerage and RIA environment

  • Solid oral and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work with deadlines, be flexible under pressure and prioritize work

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
