Our Falls Church, VA Team is looking for a Part-Time Team Operations Associate to work roughly 12 hours per week with a flexible, hybrid schedule. The Team Operations Associate will support activities related to the administration of the new account process, document management, mail support and other responsibilities within the Advisor office.

The hourly target for this role is $20.00 to $27.00/hr depending on experience.

We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions

  • Administration of inter-office mail and employee mailboxes

    • Receive, open, sort, distribute incoming mail

    • Prep, meter outgoing mail

  • Order receipt, fulfillment, and inventory of office supplies

  • Order and maintain inventory of kitchenette & beverage supplies

  • Document Management support

    • Generate cover pages/submit documents to broker/dealer for imaging

    • Log, archive, and retrieve documents

  • Maintain incoming receipt log and expense reports

  • Account maintenance

    • Scheduling

    • Establish new client accounts into CRM database

    • Networking direct business accounts

  • Generate, merge, and mail client welcome letters

  • Support administration of the process exchanging data between Portfolio Accounting and CRM databases.

  • Support New Business Processing as needed

  • Other data entry, project and administrative support as needed

Educations / Qualifications

  • 4-year degree preferred with 2+ years office/reception experience

  • Friendly, outgoing, positive attitude

  • Professional appearance; voice and interaction with customers

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work with all levels of staff and management

  • Ability to prioritize work flow and projects; work in a deadline environment and be flexible

  • Detail oriented

  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work as a Team Member

WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as the individual contributor level is $42,500.00 to $63,750.00. However, the base salary range bolded above is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
