Our Elk Grove Village, IL office is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support Financial Advisors and their clients through the client service model. You will provide administrative support including reception and general office work, including providing support to the Lead Advisor in coordination and execution of office activities and initiatives.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $40,000.00 to $60,000.00. We encourage you to apply and provide us with your compensation expectations when you do. We’re big on open conversations, so, let’s have one.

Job Functions

Reception / Client Contact

  • Enthusiastically greet and welcome clients and prospects in for meetings

  • Answer incoming, route or respond to calls / client requests

  • Conduct client calls to confirm and schedule meetings

  • Prepare and maintain the reception area and office

Data Entry

  • Ensure consistency of data across all platforms & with custodians

  • Maintain CRM database and client files including filing, copies and data input

Administrative

  • Copy, file, scan client files upon advisor request

  • Handles administrative tasks for new client set up, beneficiary changes, change of address, correspondence, etc.

  • Other paperwork as requested by manager

  • Schedule travel and lunch arrangements

  • Expense management for advisors

  • Manage incoming and outgoing USPS and UPS mail deliveries

W.E. hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as the assistant level is $42,500.00 to $63,750.00 However, the base salary range bolded above is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
