We have an excellent opportunity for a Financial Analyst! This position will support Wealth Enhancement’s cash flow forecasting, modeling, and reporting. This position will support M&A through earn-out modeling and reporting, support of the valuation and accounting of the earn-out liabilities, and evaluation of performance against underwriting models. This position will also be responsible for various corporate and business ad-hoc analyses, as necessary. This is a hybrid position with 1-2 days in-office/week.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $100,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions
Support cash flow forecast for the firm
Use existing model to accurately forecast future cash flows
Identify and understand variances to forecast
Ensure WEG has sufficient cash to meet future obligations
Forecast the firm’s debt covenant ratios
Support hedging activity cash impact
Identify enhancements to existing forecast as needed
Support the valuation of future earn-out payments from completed M&A transactions
Maintain valuation model that calculates potential future payments to acquired firms
Understand contract language to ensure accurate valuation
Forecast balance sheet value of payments in the future
Maintain support for valuations and accounting classifications
Complete other analysis as assigned
M&A transaction evaluation and support
Covenant reporting to lenders / parents
Ad hoc analysis
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
1+ years of related Finance experience; preferably in cash forecasting, treasury analytics, financial modeling, or M&A financial support
Exhibit strong thought leadership and problem-solving capabilities
Strong attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills required
Must be able to understand and leverage data and analytics to improve decision making and results
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to influence and interact with all levels in the organization
WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as the Individual Contributor level is $79,200.00 to $110,900.00. However, the base salary range bolded above is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
