We have an excellent opportunity for a Sr Program Specialist, Program Management! This individual will support ongoing growth programs and processes, managing day-to-day execution of large scale program operations, overseeing program strategy evolution, researching and solving business challenges, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and owning & executing various processes that support the broader growth organization. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for program road mapping, and partnering with product management to facilitate technology enhancements,. The ideal candidate has a proven record of project and program management success, is driven, self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment. Skilled at efficiently executing operational processes while also managing a high-volume of program planning, stakeholder management, and change management.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $105,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions
Growth program management
Independently manage and execute Growth programs including scope and requirements, roadmaping, daily support tasks, reporting and strategy evolution
Identify and recommend program improvements
Ensure tasks are handled in a timely and accurate manner
Educate and socialize team on programs and provide feedback to leadership
Own status updates, facilitate workstreams on time and on budget
Collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders and deliver status updates
Gather and organize data to support projects, find opportunities refine data
Previous experience in marketing nurture strategy and marketing technology highly desirable
Operational support execution to foster efficient growth

Execute operational tasks designed to support Growth collective. Including, but not limited to:
Marketing campaign processes
Compliance & administrative processes
Data cleanup
Reporting and dashboarding support
Solicitor agreement processes
Take charge of processes that support growth and recommend improvements when gaps are observed
Compile & deliver program results reporting
Business analysis to support process development and evolution
Requirement gathering & data analysis needed to define and document new/existing processes
Coordination and collaboration with business stakeholders
Investigate issues within Growth collective and company processes to identify root cause and resolutions
Knowledge management to drive consistent process and procedures within Growth
Define and implement a structured approach to Growth files, documents, and processes
Document standard procedures inclusive of best practices
Develop a clear support hierarchy for Growth processes and procedures
Improve processes and tools utilized within the Growth Org (i.e. Wistia, Wrike, FMG, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud) and define guidelines and standards where applicable
Promote understanding and use of processes and tools
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in business; marketing, economics or related
8+ years sales & marketing operations experience, preferably in financial services
Knowledge of broker-dealer and custodial platforms and investment products
Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills
Ability to train and coach others
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality
Experience with Workday preferred
WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as the Individual Contributor level is $79,200.00 to $110,900.00. However, the base salary range bolded above is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
