We are looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Specialist to accelerate our firm’s growth by providing marketing and sales strategies that help drive our advisor teams to achieve their goals.

Wealth Enhancement is a dynamic, rapidly growing company focused on delivering customer intimacy at scale via comprehensive financial planning. You’ll help the company, your region, and teams by removing obstacles to growth by implementing new campaigns, piloting new growth tools and client advice offers, and defining best practices to improve advisor team effectiveness.

This is a remote position with occasional travel required (4-6 times per year). Candidates located in the Eastern time zone are preferred.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $95,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions

Oversee and Manage Advisor Team Marketing Plans

  • Develop and manage annual marketing plans and budgets for advisor teams within a territory, with a focus on business development efforts

  • Align advisor team plan with corporate marketing initiatives in the region

  • Train advisor teams on how to use centrally provided marketing tools

  • Have a clear understanding of organic growth metrics using Salesforce reporting and develop action plans to continually optimize results

  • Actively manage key organic growth metrics region-wide and provide regular reporting to leadership

  • Accurately manage, track, and report on budgets and vendors within your territory

  • Research and stay informed on ideas within and outside our industry to make recommendations to your advisor teams

Advisor Growth Enablement

  • Foster strong relationships with financial advisors, highlighting success stories and best practices within the advisor community

  • Regularly educate and train advisors on marketing collateral, content and tools available to support all areas of the client lifecycle

  • Identify opportunities to create additional marketing solutions and collaborate with Product Marketing to bring them to market

  • Serve as the primary Marketing point-of-contact for advisor teams, acting as a conduit between field and corporate Marketing resources

  • Participate in new advisor team onboarding through mergers & acquisitions, helping new advisor teams seamlessly transition to Wealth Enhancement Group’s growth programs

  • Take ownership of key advisor enablement projects as needed to help continually enhance our offerings and capabilities

  • Quickly resolve barriers to advisor team growth directly or by connecting advisor teams with appropriate corporate teams for resolution

Team Collaboration and Innovation

  • Regularly partner with colleagues in Marketing and other corporate departments to adopt and optimize processes to ensure we’re operating efficiently and effectively to support our firm’s rapid growth

  • Engage in Organic Growth team meetings and events, sharing results and growth initiatives you’re supporting

  • Serve as a collaborative partner within the team, pitching in on things that wouldn’t normally be on your to-do list as needed

Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Minimum of 4 years of marketing or sales enablement experience.

  • Financial services marketing experience is preferred

  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Technical aptitude: Ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly. Proficiency in working with CRM systems required, Salesforce a plus

  • Travel up to 4 to 6 times per year for business purposes

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills

WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as the Specialist level is $79,200.00 to $110,900.00. However, the base salary range bolded above is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
