We are seeking licensed financial professionals to join our team as a New Client Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying and scheduling potential clients through various channels. Once qualified, you will schedule introductory meetings between the potential client and one of our Financial Advisors. This is a dynamic role that blends prospect engagement, financial sales and industry expertise.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share this role includes a base salary of $50,000, along with a variable compensation plan. The variable component is performance-based, with the potential to bring total annual compensation into the $80,000–$90,000 range, depending on individual and team performance metrics. This role in addition has full-benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify prospective clients from marketing campaigns, media channels, website inquiries, seminars, and inbound/outbound calls
Engage warm leads through phone and written communication to convert interest into scheduled meetings
Support lead generation campaigns and seminar-related outreach
Coordinate sending of introductory packets and pre-appointment materials
Enter and manage perspective client data in Salesforce CRM; schedule meetings with advisors
Stay current on financial services industry trends, products, and company offerings
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services sales
Strong understanding of financial planning and advisory practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with Salesforce and support org functionality
Experience with Workday preferred

WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state, pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified in this position is $67,300.00 to $97,600.00 with variable pay. However, for this specific opening, the expected base salary is $50,000, which is aligned with our current compensation strategy for new hires in this role. In addition to the base salary, this position includes a variable compensation component based on individual and team performance. This performance-based incentive structure is designed to bring total annual compensation into the $80,000–$90,000 range, depending on results.
