Our Parsippany, NJ office is looking for a Sr Client Service Associate who is ready to do more than support advisors — someone who wants to become one.
This role is designed for an early‑career financial professional who wants a clear, structured path to grow from Senior Client Service Associate → Client Service Manager → Associate Financial Advisor → Financial Advisor. You’ll begin by mastering the client experience and operational foundation of our practice, then progressively take on deeper planning responsibilities, client relationships, and advisory work.
We have an established, loyal client base, and as you advance, you’ll step into meaningful client relationships — not start from scratch.
We invest heavily in your development, including full sponsorship for the CFP® certification, which we expect you to complete within approximately three years. As your responsibilities grow, your total compensation is expected to grow significantly as well — historically up to 25% annually during the first three years, based on performance and progression.
If you’re ambitious, client‑focused, and eager to build a long‑term advisory career, this is an exceptional opportunity.
This is an on-site position working in our office Monday through Friday.
