Pleased to share that the nationwide retail property portfolio of Doors Plus has officially transacted, with the sale completed and advised by Ellerston Capital Solutions alongside Colliers. This portfolio sale and leaseback campaign, comprising 12 retail sites across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and the ACT, attracted exceptional interest, generating more than 150 offers from buyers across the country. A select group of high-net-worth investors ultimately secured the assets, outbidding institutional capital and delivering $30 million to the founding Tavner family. Congratulations to all parties involved, and particularly to the Tavner family as they mark a significant milestone in the evolution of the Doors Plus business.
