The Sr. Consultant Project Manager will be accountable as well as responsible for helping customers define, plan and implement solutions within the drug development & medical device value chain The Sr. Consultant Project Manager will work with Computer Systems Analysts, Business Systems Analysts, Vendor Teams, Portfolio Team, and Customer Business, Lab Informatics, Validation and other IT Teams over the course of the project. The Project Manager will provide strategic and technical leadership, consulting and program / project management skills required to analyze customer needs and opportunities to ensure the project team successfully delivers a solution meeting the customer goals.

• Provide strategic project and program management, solution delivery and consultative guidance to customers by proactively identifying business and/or technical challenges or opportunities for improvements
• Provide creative solutions to complex business problems demonstrating alternative thinking, innovativeness in providing several solution options while ensuring compliance to industry and other applicable regulations
• Create and/or manage the delivery of all Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) deliverables.
• Responsible for Project Planning & Resource Management/coordination (Internal & Vendor Consultants)
• Responsible for managing Project Budget, Risks, Timeline and Resourcing
• Provide support to project team members which could include subject matter experts in Business Analyst, Quality, GxP Validation and Lab Computer Engineering
• Coordinate with resources to ensure project needs are addressed and effectively and assigns tasks and deliverables to team members
• Create Metrics & Reports & Metrics on Project status and communicate about project risks and their mitigation to the customer management
• Function as the liaison between the Business area/department and the technology teams
• Manage, motivate, and mentor cross-functional and enterprise project teams across the globe

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience
• 8+ years Product Lifecycle Management and implementation experience
• 8+ years leading and/or participating in project associated with GxP validated systems or medical devices
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment and seek resources as necessary
• Ability to assess complex issues, break down into components and propose viable solutions
• Bachelor’s Degree in scientific or technical related discipline
