Zifo is growing! We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong ELN/LIMS experience to join our team. The individual will support strategic projects for R&D division at pharmaceutical and Biotech clients. The individual will gather business requirements, analyze customer needs and gaps to propose solutions for the desired state. He or she will interface with business users and client managers in conjunction with the internal Zifo support team.

Responsibilities

• Review Business processes and systems. Provide onsite Business Analysis support for scientific groups.
• Maintain and provide implementation support for ELN / LIMS.
• Evaluate Industry trends to identify areas for optimization. Develop recommendations and future state strategy.
• Perform Gap Analysis, Define Future state process workflows and data models.
• Produce and deliver required documents and reports to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in a scientific or health care field required.
• Strong background in biology and chemistry with lab experience.
• 5 years as a business systems consultant / analyst, preferably in the pharmaceutical life sciences industry.
