Program Manager

Seeking an Agile Program Manager to Lead Complex Transformations

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Agile Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our complex transformation initiatives, from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. You will also be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring that initiatives meet their objectives and deliver value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Agile transformation initiatives
• Define and manage the program roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Establish and maintain a program governance structure to ensure effective decision-making
• Manage and motivate a multi-functional team of Agile practitioners
• Implement and monitor Agile methodologies, including SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including providing regular updates and addressing any concerns
• Continuously improve program delivery processes and implement best practices

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Fluency in English and French
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Agile project management
• Proven experience in leading and delivering complex Agile transformations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Understanding of program management concepts and practices
• Certification in PRINCE2 or PgMP is a plus

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience with cloud-based project management tools

Experience with Agile portfolio management

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
