Quality Automation Engineer III

As a Software Quality Automation Engineer on the Applications Team, you will get to work with and test cutting-edge technologies and a tremendously large (and fantastically rich) data set. If you like working on complex systems, debugging and detecting existing and potential issues, and working with a great team of software engineers, ZoomInfo could be the right place for you!
The responsibilities of this opportunity include:
- Design test plans and scenarios
- Document and maintain a repository of all the test cases
- Create and maintain a list of all known defects (JIRA)
- Monitor bug resolution efforts
- Actively participate in all team meetings:
- Daily stand up meetings
- Refinement
- Planning
- Retrospective meetings
- Teach dev team about best quality assurance practices
A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of software quality assurance engineer
- Passion for team work and working on complex software projects
- Strong desire to seek pragmatic, innovative solutions to complex business and technical problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with working in an agile environment, and especially with Scrum methodology
- Experience with JIRA
- Experience with TestRail
- Experience with automation testing tools (like WebDriverIO, Selenium)
- Experience with design and development of frameworks for Micro service and API Automation.
- Experience with API automation ( Java REST Assured )
