This person sit in the Product org and lead our Workflows team in building and executing our Workflows and automation roadmap. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with the engineering teams as the product and engineering functions are pivotal to one another here at ZI.

Responsibilities:

• Build out and execute on our Workflows and automation roadmap
• Liaison between engineering, product and go to market to understand use cases that we must support
• Create a roadmap that builds out a very flexible engine while implementing a simple UX for customers
• Build out using an iterative approach
• Take on a leadership role and drive the improvement of our current Workflows instance
• Work with the integration team to begin vendor selection and management

Must Haves for success:

1. Must have created a roadmap with Workflows before
2. Must have experience working with 3rd parties to build integrations
3. Must have collaborated cross-functionally (ie- with engineering)
4. A creative builder

The US base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $180,000 + variable compensation + benefits.
