  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams taking responsibility for driving alignment and delivery
  • Handle administrative functions related to Partner Programs, ensuring internal tools are updated, and sales hygiene is maintained
  • Support Partners and internal stakeholders’ ad-hoc requests and jump in where needed (eg, legal agreement support, operations support, collateral building, etc.)

Core systems and tools you may be working with: Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, GSuite, Netsuite, Snowflake, GCP, AWS, plus multiple other peripheral software tools in these ecosystems.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of Partner Program management experience or 5+ years of Enterprise Sales
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a confirmed capacity to build positive relationships and close business with partners
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Must be self-motivated, have strong self-management skills and should demonstrate basic leadership qualities

The US base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $140,000 + variable compensation + benefits ($112,000 - $176,000 OTE (on target earnings))
