What You'll do:
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for the company's data and business intelligence products
- Drive vision and long-term planning for the BI product suite
- Develop and manage complex, enterprise-level analytics products
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business needs and identify opportunities
- Translate business goals into clear requirements and product specifications, formalizing them into Data Product Requirements Documents
- Prioritize features and trade-offs based on customer value and business impact
- Oversee multiple agile development teams to deliver high quality data products
- Optimize the value and impact of the company's BI ecosystem
- Mentor and provide guidance to more junior product managers
- Communicate product value propositions to executives and stakeholders
What you bring:
- 3+ years product management experience, and 2+ years in analytics/BI
- Technical background in data science, analytics, computer science or related field
- Hands-on experience with BI tools, data warehouses and data pipeline technologies
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and executive presence
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate needs into product requirements
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
- Ability to balance business needs with technical constraints
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities

The US base salary range for this position is $133,600.00 - $167,000.00 + bonus + equity + benefits.
