What you will do

  • Facilitate day-to-day equity program administration tasks such as new equity issuances, vesting events, ESPP purchases, employee demographic & status updates, and participant transactions
  • Prepare materials for senior management and the Compensation Committee related to equity program performance, usage trends, and related metrics
  • Main contact for employees and our external equity compensation solution (Shareworks)
  • Run refresh and promotion grant cycles, employee education, ESPP enrollment, and engagement efforts for participants globally
  • Generate scheduled and ad hoc reporting support to internal stakeholders such as payroll, legal, and finance departments
  • Create and maintain process documentation, process improvements, and scalability efforts
  • Assess equity ranges regularly to ensure equity values remain competitive

To be successful you must have

  • 3+ years experience in equity administration at a publicly traded company
  • Organizational skills with emphasis on attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
  • Strong follow up skills and a deadline oriented approach to work
  • The ability to understand and articulate ideas clearly in writing and speech
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google G Suite
  • Discretion with programs requiring a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Additional Details/Requirements

  • Familiarity with Human Resources, Compensation, Finance, or Economics
  • Experience with supporting SEC filings and annual tax reporting
  • Role will report into the Vice President, Global Compensation
  • CEP preferred

The US base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $170,000 + equity + bonus + benefits.

Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific salary range for your desired work location during the hiring process.
