Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our Revenue Enablement Team to drive onboarding and training for our sales teams. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the success of our GTM (Go-To-Market) teams by delivering impactful and engaging training programs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be one of the faces of GTM onboarding as the primary, “front-of-room” resource for various new hire onboarding sessions
  • Effectively deliver the curricula as set out by and with the GTM Onboarding Program Lead
  • Execute the delivery of onboarding/ramp courses, and other training programs, with a focus on engagement, interactivity, and comprehension
  • Create an environment during sessions that actively includes the mix of your remote, hybrid and in-person audiences
  • Support US West and East coast sessions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive guides to ensure consistency and effectiveness in training delivery
  • Strive to maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) post-training, reflecting the quality and impact of the training programs
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure that training content meets different learning styles within the organization
  • Report on sessions
  • Support reinforcement programs related to session subject matter
  • May be asked to maintain an updated repository of session recordings for ongoing reference and accessibility
  • May be asked to deliver sessions for various time zones in EMEA or APAC
  • May be asked to deliver/design non-onboarding sessions for continuous development of existing sellers

What you Bring:

  • A passion for onboarding and a drive to help new sales hires succeed
  • Comfort, excitement, and skill leading virtual, hybrid, and in-person sessions
  • Creativity!
  • Demonstrated experience as a trainer specializing in sales personas
  • Bonus points for candidates with experience as a seller, bringing valuable insights from firsthand experience in sales roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a high level of organization
  • Fluency in live and content delivery tools (Zoom, Google Suite, Kahoot, Mentimeter, Canva and proficiency with CMS, LMS, audio, and video)

This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of three days per week from our office in Vancouver, WA.

The US base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $93,500 + annual bonus + benefits.
