Senior Field Marketing Manager

ZoomInfo is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to work with our Enterprise sales teams to grow pipeline for their teams. The Field Marketing team works directly with sales leadership on understanding their business and representing how marketing and help grow pipeline and ACV.

What You’ll Do:

  • Determine the fiscal-year demand strategy and collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to support sales pipeline goals.
  • Be a business partner to sales - acting as the primary liaison to drive visibility of marketing activities, ensure ongoing agreement on priorities, and recommend adjustments to accommodate changing market conditions.
  • Work closely with our business development and sales teams to track lead follow-up, qualification, and conversion to ensure successful execution of marketing activity.
  • Research, recommend, and drive targeted marketing plans that bring together corporate programs, regional opportunities, customer marketing, and partner activities.
  • Identify strategy and plan for regional field activities with sales and collaborate with events team on execution and onsite logistics.
  • Report on regional events providing insights on areas of optimization, business outcomes, and return on investment.
  • Align with the integrated marketing team to develop and support the overall go-to-market plan.
  • Lead execution and field adoption of integrated marketing campaigns and ABX for target accounts.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage vendors that contribute to regional marketing programs.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree, emphasis in marketing or related subject preferred
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in field marketing or sales-facing marketing role required.
  • Familiarity with the B2B technology sales cycle and how to employ full funnel marketing tactics that create & nurture leads, influence pipeline, and drive adoption.
  • Ability to coordinate, manage, and execute multiple marketing campaigns at the same time.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in planning and producing marketing programs in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
  • Passion for data analysis and working towards a clearly defined metric.
  • Team oriented, yet highly autonomous. Someone that is motivated by helping others as much as they are motivated about excelling in their individual role.
  • Can work effectively across many stakeholders and pivot quickly when priorities change.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth, global organization. Preferred if that experience has been working with globally distributed teams.
  • Ability to execute quickly with the ability to pivot projects as needs change.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written).
  • Can operate and be efficient with minimal supervision or guidance.

Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.

The base salary range for this position is $44,000GBP to $65,000GBP+ bonus + benefits.

Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific salary range for your desired work location during the hiring process.
