Join our growing team as the Director of Pricing Strategy reporting to SVP Go-to-Market, as part of GTM Strategy team. The GTM Strategy team’s scope is leading strategy, operations, and analytics for ZomInfo’s entire revenue organization.

This role is to build out a brand new dedicated pricing / packaging function.

What You’ll Do:

  • Pricing and packaging strategy
    • Own develop our pricing / packaging strategy – how we monetize, how we phase in new products, how we bundle, how we compete in evolving competitive space
    • Develop more sophisticated ELA (Enterprise License Agreement) model for Enterprise

  • Deal desk
    • Build a deal desk function from scratch to create rigor and accountability around pricing for our sales organization - create field seller guidance, scalable automated processes, manual approval processes
    • Own and develop this function, hire out team to manage over time

  • Insight generation and operational improvement
    • Identify gaps and opportunities for pricing and execute solutions, from broad actionable insights to price tool building, to process automation, to large deal optimization

  • Value realization
    • Lead change management efforts to implement and enable strategies

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in pricing strategy, sales operations, or related Go-to-Market roles with strategic and analytical focus
  • Experience running or working on deal desk function highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Strategy / consulting background is a plus
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes
  • Experience managing team of highly analytical analysts / managers

The US base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $275,000 + annual bonus + benefits.
